Hello! Sometimes when you receive a new regulator the arms are just flipped to the opposite side. All you need to do is simply scissor them back to the correct position. This can be done by hand, and you do not need to power it up to do this. This regulator is for 4-door models only, so if you have a different body type then it may not be correct.
