EXCELLENT SERVICE!!
I had ordered my GM Yukon tail light and was very glad to see that it shipped the same day of my on-line order. Several days went by and when I checked my order with the UPS Tracking number I had been provided, it showed it was at the facility close to me...and had been for a few days. I contacted UPS and they basically said 'Its lost and there's very little chance we will find it'. UPS told me they would not be contacting me again but they would contact the shipper (AM AutoParts) and let them know. I have no idea if they did or not but I sent an email to AM AutoParts and they responded immediately, saying they would ship it out 'Next Day'. Sure enough, my tail light arrived when they said it would and it fits perfectly. They have certainly earned my business!!
