Overall very happy with the mirrors and happy that I have all the functions my DL3 mirrors had.
Pretty happy with the mirrors so far. Installation took about 4 hours total. Did the drivers side first and that took 2 hours. Got the passenger side done in about 1/2 the time, but part of the wire harness was hitting the window after I out everything back together, so I had to take the panel off again. I would consider myself a expert now and could probably get the job done in 2 HRS now.

A+ service. But you get what you pay for.
Customer service was great. Received my mirrors with a small crack that I believe was caused during shipping. Within 2 days there was a replacement sent out no questions asked.

As for the mirrors, they dont quite fit like Oem. Which is expected with mass produced aftermarket items. They dont sit flush to the door so there are some big gaps between the door and the mirror. Also along the bottom of the mirror and the window sill. Another thing is they are not plug and play, even though my vehicle has all the same options as these mirrors, which they do advertised as needed additional wiring. I am glad I ordered a custom harness from pgamboa on gm-trucks.com because wiring the mirrors in with supplied instructions would have been a nightmare.

Overall I am happy with my purchase, seeing as oem mirrors are $500 more than I spent.

So far I'm well pleased with the mirrors. I would recommend the mirrors to friends. The instructions to wire the extra options like running lights and cargo lights should be more descriptive . Need to explain in more detail where to find and describe the wires to tap into.
