#Disappointed
Looks like original mirror for my 2001 Chevy Express 1500 passenger van, but after installation, the mirror does NOT respond to driver's door adjustment joystick correctly; the mirror moves but not to selected directional arrow on joystick...bummer!! #Disappointed

The issue you are reporting usually indicates that the original mirror had different options on it than the one you purchased. this can also be verified by the numbers on the plugs not being the same. If this is the case please contact your local dealer with your VIN for a list of options on your factory mirrors and we will be happy to see if we have the correct mirror for your vehicle.
