PERFECT FIT BUT..
THE STRUTS WERE A PERFECT FIT FOR MY 01 FORESTER, THEY CAME IN CARDBOARD BOXES WITH NO PROTECTIVE WRAPPING, BUT WELL INTACT WITH NO VISIBLE DAMAGES. MY ONLY ISSUE WAS THE BRACKET ON THE STRUT THAT HOLDS THE BRAKE LINE IN PLACE THAT LEADS TO THE CALIPER. THE OPENING WAS NOT LARGE ENOUGH FOR THE LINE TO FIT THROUGH, WHICH REQIRED ME TO DRILL OUT THE OPENING, NOT A BIG DEAL AT ALL BUT I SUGGEST YOU CHECK THE FIT BEFORE RACHETING IT(THE STRUT) DOWN SO YOU CAN DRILL IT OUT BEFORE-HAND AS IT IS A BIT OF A SQUEEZE AFTER THE STRUT IS ALREADY IN PLACE. WOULD BUY AGAIN -George P
