DIDN'T WORK
I received the switch and installed it right away. The automatic part of the switch didn't work, I had to hold the button to make 3 of the 4 windows go down all the way. The 4th button that controlled the passenger side back window didn't function at all. The driver window button had a continuous blinking light that stayed on even after the car was shut off and keys were out of the ignition. I left the switch in to see what would happen after a few days of use. The driver switch started to work on auto but then stop working altogether. I believe its a bad switch. I would try another if possible.

Switch Malfuntioned in Less than 1 Month!
I bought the switch for my Lexus RX400H. Unfortunately, this switch only performed well for a couple weeks. The part of the switch that controls the driver’s side window has Ben malfunctioning for 2 weeks or so. Now, when I press in the “up” position it doesn’t allow the window to Goode than about 1/4 of the way up then it returns to the down position. Very disappointed, since now I have to go tot the dealer to buy a part and pay for additional labor too.
