First off I didn't receive all of my equipment on the same day. one of my rotors cracked when I torque my lug nuts down to 165 foot pounds. To the company's defense I never reached out to them regarding this issue because I'm not sure who to contact

Also 165 ft lb is the maximum we would recommend for lug nuts on your vehicle. We would recommend closer to 150 ft lb to insure you do not damage the rotor, wheel, lug nut or studs.
