Buyer beware!!!!!

We received our brake kit and installed the rotors and brake pads. After putting the tires back on my husband couldn’t even leave the driveway because the right side tire would not move. Thinking he had a bad brake caliber he replaced that next. This didn’t fix the problem. He knew at that point the rotor was the wrong size. He replaced the rotor with a new one and we were good to go. We ordered the rotors together but got 2 different sizes. Clearly an error on am-auto parts. We contacted them for a refund via email and have not heard anything back. They have no phone contact so we can not call them about it. Ridiculously bad customer service. WILL NOT ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN!!!

Nakamoto Brake parts

When I opened the shipping box and saw the name it brought back memories of a horror story in around 1990 when working for a dealership in Goshen, NY.
I had received 4 different rotor sets that were all bad (Not True)poor machining,(Note - do not machine). I called the supplier and got permission to finally cut the rotors and finished the job. There went flat rate out the window, a big loss.
The Nakamoto rotors were true. Machined perfect, no vibration or pull, I am very pleased with there products.
