A consumer that is highly offended that I've got to lose extra money seeking your help
The price was excellent! However when I ordered the shift assembly it was stated the size of the engine I received brake kit for a V8 my Chrysler 300 is a V6. Now I'm having to ship the brakes and rotors back and can't speak to anyone and there's about $30 or $40 difference I want the brake kit for the V6 I'm having to pay the shipping to return this back before I can get the brake kit that should have came with the shift assembly. Paying for the mechanic and the $300 for the parts this is become a consumer nightmare I really just don't not have the extra money. Now I'm not able to find the brake kit for a V6 for the $131.00 and you all have yet to say if I would get the refund from the 162.00. I strongly feel that this was not my fault due to the fact that you all sent out the shift assembly for the V6 correctly. I ask someone to give me a call to assist. Tomorrow I will be trying to mail this back to you all don't know how much is going to cost but my shift assembly has been installed and it is great just don't have the brake ket that I needed.
