On time and fit perfectly.
I have a 02 Jeep Grand, this is the 7th window reg I've replaced in the 14 years I've had it. No matter if you buy the most expensive or cheapest they all break after a few years. The plastic parts holding the cable break off. This is the last time I ever buy an American car again. Cheap garbage.
