The quality of the regulator is not as good as your service.
The craftsmanship is below standard, so the spline that engages
the crank (handle) was so poorly machined that the crank would not slide on. I could only make it work by spending half an hour
filing the grooves in the spline. My hope is that the workmanship on the actual regulator mechanism is better than the machining on the spline. Only time will tell on that.
