Headlight assemblies were a direct replacement for my Cadillac CTS. They were advertised not including the bulbs. I was extremely happy to see that the bulbs were indeed included. Making the already great price even a better value. And you sure don't want to use the old bulbs, as it a major job to replace them after the fact. You need to remove the grille, easiest part of the process to replace the headlight housings. The bumper cover also needs to be removed, Actually only a ten minute job with the car on a lift. Unplug the pigtails, remove a few screws, and the housings can be removed, Reverse the process, adjust the beams and the jobs complete. A forty minute job at best! And my CTS headlamps look fantastic! I waste four hours polishing and re-coating headlight assemblies and still not have that OEM look...

Product quality is very good and closely matches the original, if you want an exact match you will need to replace both. The part was very easy to install and took about fifteen minutes. There were no instructions in the box but I found a video on Youtube that shows you all the steps.
