This replacement part was an exact fit to the passenger side mirror assembly of my 2011 Outback Limited. The installation required loosening the inside door panel to access the power connector but that was relatively easy. The connector was an exact match and the mirror assembly installed perfectly. All functions worked as before including the heater.
