OK Replacement without the features of the original
The mirror fits, and I was able to use the original painted cover so I didn't have to paint the new part. It doesn't have the functionality where the bottom light comes on when you open the door, but that isn't a big deal. The mirror also has a blue tint that the original didn't which I don't think is good or bad, just different, and has taken a few days to get used to. All in, a great deal vs BMW who want three times as much for the part.
