Great concept! The problem I had on my 2019 Tacoma was at highway speed the mirror glass had a lot of vibrations. The base was solid just couldn’t get use to the shaking of the mirrors. They do fit perfect easy install. Great look. Had to send them back do to vibration

This bolted right up to the doors. The electrical wire connected and the mirrors heat and adjust as advertised. They vibrate a little. In the folded down position when not towing improve the view greatly over the stock mirrors

Like all the other reviews, the glass portion of the mirror does vibrate a little bit. The upside to these mirrors are the pure size of them, I’m towing a 30ft travel trailer and these mirrors saved me from buying a newer/bigger truck. I do love them and feel much safer while towing now that I can see what’s going on around me. Highly recommended!

Before I get to the mirror review, I must first commend AM Autoparts for their outstanding customer service. When I received my original order two weeks ago, the right side mirror had obviously been previously opened as it was cracked, had a layer of dust on the mirror, and had finger smudges on it (the left side mirror was in perfect and clean condition). I used the chat function on AM Autoparts website and spoke to Hilary, I believe, who directed me to send an email to customer service (service@am-autoparts.com). Hilary was very pleasant and helpful.

I then sent a message to customer service and worked with Christa, who was also a pleasure to work with, who asked for me to send a photo of the damaged mirror to her. Corresponding with customer service via email and uploading a photo on their web page was very easy. All I was asking for was a replacement right-side mirror. Customer service got back to me three business days later and said they had shipped a replacement mirror to me that same day and to keep for parts or throw away the damaged mirror -- no need to return it.

But much to my surprise when the replacement "mirror" arrived, AM Autoparts had sent a brand new PAIR of left and right-side mirrors! So now not only do I have the original damaged right side mirror I can use for parts, but I have a spare, completely new left side mirror, too. Talk about going above and beyond!

Now for the mirror review.

These mirrors stick out about four or so inches farther than the stock Tacoma mirrors when in the flipped down regular mode, which is what you need for two mirrors to help see around your trailer. The mirror area is also considerably larger than the stock mirrors so I now have more viewable area to look at. When flipped up for tow mode, they extend a few inches further out. This is great as using my stock mirrors with a clip-on cheap tow mirror, while it worked, was not the best experience. Now I can see great with these mirrors.

The reason this product gets four instead of five stars is because the mirrors do jiggle/vibrate a little as I drive -- this is the mirror itself, not the mirror housing which bolts firmly and solidly to the door. They mirrors don't lose their position due to the jiggling though, but they are certainly not as steady as the stock Tacoma mirrors. However, this does not render these mirrors unusable in the slightest, it will just take a little getting used to.
