Outstanding service
Outstanding service I got in the mail on a reasonable time. Fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend this product and your company so far. Only reason I didn't give it all stars is this is the first order I've had with your company I will be back to do more shopping though. At that point I probably could give it five stars

Good but noisy.
Shocks feel nice and fit easily. Rear shocks were difficult to install without a shock compressor. After installation however, a series of clunks and rattles coming from the suspension were heard while going over minor bumps. Not sure if this is a lack of grease or an improper fitting for the bolts but it's pretty annoying. Any suggestions to stop the noise would be greatly appreciated.

Decent struts at a reasonable price.
Pros: These struts are seemingly well made. The main reason I bought this particular set of struts is that they have a 10 yr warranty which I took to mean that they are at least, decent quality. For close to the same money, all of the others I looked at offered only a 1yr warranty. Cons: the cardboard boxes each strut is shipped in are not sturdy enough to keep from opening up on the ends or corners. More nylon strapping is needed to keep these boxes from practically exploding. Good thing there were no loose items. They probably wouldn't have made it. I received NO paperwork with this order. If it was sandwiched between the two smaller strut boxes it never made it to me. The shipping strapping was that bad. I'm going to have to contact the company to find out how the warranty registration works. Summary: Overall I'm satisfied with the products. Shipping destruction and paperwork needs help. With that said, I definitely would recommend this company to anyone who needs decent struts at a reasonable price.
