Arranged for an established auto body shop to install both headlight pairs. The packaged items were transferred to them unopened. After both boxes were opened, they inspected and compared the headlights with the old on the 2005 Honda Civic LX sedan. After installation, I was informed both were installed smoothly. No adjustments, modifications or concerns.
Rating based on initial quality, form, fit, function and value. The DOT and SAE certification was a plus, in addition to the 10-year parts warranty. No further rating possible for durability, ability to adjust headlight beam and warranty usability.

I'm really happy with the look and quality of these new lights. They completely transformed my 04 Civic's looks. Note that this set didn't come with headlight bulbs or bulb holders, and weren't packed quite as well as the Accord set I just bought here, but luckily those things became a non-issue for me, and aren't enough to deduct a star for. I'm very pleased with the overall value, fit and finish. Props to AM Autoparts for giving us this sweet option versus hundreds of dollars more at the dealership.
