Part preformed as it should, customer service was CRAP!

The product does what it is supposed to and is what you would expect from and non OEM part. It will work when you need to save a few bucks. As far as AM Auto Parts as a company they lost my business and my clients business all together. Paid for next day air was not notified I could not get it on a Saturday delivery as I can from every other parts distributor I have used over the years. And was always notified upon purchase that i could not receive on a Saturday. Once I was contacted by am auto parts after several emails they sent a screen shot of there shipping "rules" that are found in the FAQ section that says m-f or work days. I dont know any company that works m-f anymore I just assumed Saturday was a part of the normal work week as it is for me and every person I know. Bad over look on my side but this company made zero attempt to help correct an upset customer. Just a simple hey these are our shipping policy's we are sorry for the miss understanding between us. Something that simple would have saved a customer but nothing from this company. Sorry but very unhappy with Am Auto Parts.
