Excellent customer service
A part broke on wife's car so I researched and found AM-Autoparts. The reviews looked good and the price of the part was very reasonable. I ordered the part and it was shipped out the next day. I really appreciated the updates to my email on the progress of my order. Here's where this company showed me it really cares for their customers. The day the part arrived, my locked mailbox was vandalized and the part, along with other mail was stolen. I contacted AM customer service, told them of my situation hoping the part was insured but fully expecting to have to pay for another part. The representative was very empathetic to my situation and told me they would replace the part at no extra charge to me. I myself work in the sales industry and found their service above and beyond what I seem to find these days. The part fit perfectly and was as good as factory original. I will of course use and recommend AM Autoparts in my future parts needs.
