First-Time Customer, Very Satisfied
As a first-time customer, I ordered a four-piece Honda Civic motor mount replacement kit. The $125 price was appealing, since other vendors were asking more than $400 for these parts, so I was a bit dubious at first. I placed my order and was notified the next day that one component (passenger side upper engine torque strut) was out of stock, and was asked whether I wanted to wait for the missing part or ship the three available parts. I chose the latter option. The parts arrived quickly and were of Taiwanese manufacture. The quality appeared very satisfactory and fit perfectly. The engine vibration was eliminated and I was thrilled. I received another followup email, stating that the missing part was still on order. I was very pleased with the price, parts quality and the responsiveness of Customer Service.
