Well to sum up the Experience, it was another CHEAP CHINESE PRODUCT, That Didn’t WORK !!!!!

Well, now that you ask, I’m actually very disappointed. The part arrived promptly , however when Helton’s Garage installed it , it did NOT WORK, right out of the BOX !

So I’ve now contacted your customer service dept , who immediately connected me to a Dispute representative and a Dispute claim is being processed for a. Complete Refund of $32.99.

It tied up my truck for a week, so far it’s a hassle, and thats what I

Defective parts

The first EGR was bad out of the box. AM Auto replaced it quickly without hassle. Unfortunately, the second EGR lasted about three days before it produced the same code (insufficient flow) as the first one. I bought one locally for quite a bit more money, and it is working. No codes. I didn't bother to get it replaced again. I just chalked it up to a $30 lesson. You get what you pay for.

I never heard of this site before but I have fraud protection on my credit card so I took a chance and BOY AM I GLAD I DID! THESE GUYS ARE LEGIT! I paid a few bucks more for two day air shipping and I got my package on time and it shipped the same day I ordered! THIS PART:
The EGR Valve was a PERFECT fit, if someone told me it was OEM I would have believed them without thinking twice about it. The price was the best part since I'm a working schmuck with very little left over after payday. Even with spending extra for faster delivery it was STILL LESS THAN A THIRD of the cost of buying local or on other websites!!! The part is quality. It came with the gasket and fit PERFECT. It took longer getting the old one out and cleaning the mating surface than it did to install the new one. It is now working perfectly and I have no code for "EGR closed" ..."engine random misfire" "recirculation blah blah blah" ...and all the other codes thrown because of the faulty EGR. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat! I need a few more things and this company will be sure to get orders from me in the future. Good job guys! Thanks for keeping us working fools rolling to the next jobsite. I Sincerely THANK YOU for NOT price gouging your customers. You've earned my respect and future repeat business!

EGR works fine

If fit fine, seems to be working as intended. No problem with the install. It will take some time to get the results of quality. I would buy more parts from AM as I need.
