customer complaint

the struts are noisy and need to be replaced you can feel struts binding and making noise sitting still turning steering wheel back and forth.please send me another set of struts so I can satisfy my customer Thanks George

struts work, sway bar links no so much

struts were pretty straightforward, installed with no problems. Sway bar links however ended up loosening up as we drove, caused all kinds of noise, had to have my local muffler shop figure out that the top nuts on the links had come loose, then they had to be heated up to tighten as they wouldnt turn anymore with normal means. if it happens again they are getting cut off and im going with a better quality link.
