Works Terrific!
The motor was much quieter than the old one and seemed to push more air. It was a little tough job getting the cover off, the screws are in awkward places. My wife's smaller hands made the job easier! After the cover was off it was pretty much plug it in and test and put everything back together. I certainly would recommend this product.
