Shipping was quick and the motor was well packed and secured in the box. No complaints so far!
For Ram owners...the mounting screws are torx heads with a hexagonal shape, so you can use either a T-20 bit or an 8mm socket with extension. Since the screws are threaded into plastic, the T-20 bit was adequate.
