Very poor resistor was sent with the kit
Unfortunately, the resistor sent does not work. The fan blows only wide open, even when the car is off and key is removed. I have not gotten a response back from customer service about this. Currently, I'm cold and have no heat.

No quality control.
The blower repair took three shipments on your behalf. The blower motors were fine but the resistors shipped with each blower were shorted allowing the blower to run at high speed only. It took a third shipping of a resistor only to finally fix the problem. I checked it with a volt-ohm meter prior to installation and the reading was correct. You need to check with your supplier as I am sure you probably have other defective resistors in stock!!!

E320 A/C blower motor
The A/C blower I ordered was delivered super-fast, and the installation was very easy. The blower works perfectly, and my whole experience with AM was outstanding! I will definitely look to AM for any future parts needs.
