A perfect part for my situation. ??

Was just what I needed. Work space behind my glovebox was small for my big hands and patients, but it went right in with a bit of msnuvering. ??

Getting old screws out was hardest part

It goes in behind glovebox. Screws have built-in washers, so they are very slippery to twist with fingers, after loosening with wrench. Pretty tight fit, I only put one of the screws back, if you don't have screws leftover, you didn't do it right. I put in the switch, too. I got heat again, that's what counts. Very quick service, too. Only took a few days to get here.
