Our CV axle assemblies are brand new and direct replacements for the original factory parts.

Note: This is correct for models with or without ABS brakes.  The tone ring can be removed if the original CV axle did not have one and the vehicle did not originally come equipped with ABS brakes.

Very Good especially for the price
The unit fit perfectly in my 2005 Scion xA ( Toyota). At about 20% the price of a factory new unit through Toyota, it seems to work very well in the first week of use driving quite a few miles. That said, the original unit needed to be replaced due to a tear in the rubber boot and losing grease at the outer joint....and the rubber boot thickness is much thinner in this aftermarklet unit.....so we will see how long this lasts. I'm hoping not to have to use the claimed 10 year warranty, AM Autoparts has previously owned-up to previous purchases where a defect was found, so this helped make this purchase decision a lot easier, in a crowded field of aftermarket competitors.
