Wrong part
I ordered a rear blend door actuator for my 03 Expedition. The part that was sent was supposed to be the rear actuator (the Expedition has a front and a rear) but it did not fit. I eventually went to my local auto parts store and was able to visually check 3 different parts before finding the right one. Had to pay over twice as much but it was the right part. This appears to be a Ford problem or the parts manufacturer problem, not an AM Auto Parts problem.
