There should be two hold down connectors or at least a note saying the after market might not work to set the timing correctly.
It does work on my truck, but the hold down clamp caused me a lot of grief concerning setting the timing. It doesn't make the truck start without a scan tool. That bracket doesn't allow you to turn the distributor to move at all!
