Very unhappy customer

I odered two side mirrors, a friend of mine put one mirror on and was going to put the other one on my car a few days later when he had more time, but within 3 days the mirrow he installed just broke. The mirror feel right out of the case. Now, I am stuck with a new mirror still in the shipment box in the trunk of my car and a faulty one/case still attached to my driver side door. The mirror part that feel out is in my back seat. I don't have $$$ to go buy anything else right now. And, I'm not sure how to request a refund from you guys?
