I CHECKED PRICES AT EVERY PLACE I COULD SEARCH ON LINE AND THIS WAS THE BEST PRICE WHICH WAS AT LEAST 1/3 THE COST . IT FIT AS FACTORY -WIRING FIT JUST PLUGGED IT IN . I DEFINATELY WILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE FROM AM AUTO AS IN THE PAST .ONE THING THEY COULD DO IS ADD OPTIONAL BACK COVER FOR EACH SIDE SO YOU DONT HAVE TO PAINT ONE OF THEM .
