I ordered part and got tracking on ups and everything was fine until the item was transferred to usps and then tracking went away with no movement for 8 days--contacted customer help and a new part was shipped--right after new part was shipped the original showed up--emailed to advise that part was received and to cancel replacement if they could--got email to just keep or donate 2nd part---very happy with part and service--will continue to purchase and refer my friends. Thanks

Good part, so far
Part arrived quickly and well-packaged. Have used it for 2 weeks now, no problems. Would have given 5 stars but for minor dent in corner where part appeared to have been dropped. However, as previously said, no problems with operation.
