Good part but mounting holes need to be drilled for an 02 Tundra.
Again, I haven't had the part installed long enough to give a full opinion but, I give my impressions so far.

First, the unit needed the mounting holes drilled out, the converter would not match up otherwise. Once drilled, the part fit on as it should. Since then, the code has been cleared and all seems to be running as it should.
