Drives like new now.

4 piece, rear upper/lower control arm an ball joint
on nov 29 I ordered a 4 piece suspension part for my Cherokee. 5 days later I received the package. I discovered 1 piece to be absent from the package. I sent an e-mail advising of same with the missing part number. within hours I received a response via e-mail that a replacement part was being shipped. 5 days later I received the part to complete the ordered set. the associates at am-auto parts, were very helpful, and quick to respond to all my e-mails. the missing part was not critical to me operating my jeep. the wait did not set me back any amount of time. the parts all seem to fit well together. now my jeep is on the road and in better condition than before. thank you associates at am-auto parts for your help.

I received those control arms really fast, but it was only one small problem. I order a set and I only received the control arms without ball joint . Ball joint was missing or misplaced . I asked them for Discount and they give it to me with no questions asked! The product is very good, my car rides like new. Thank you AM Auto Parts!
