Good product
Better than OEM part. I am more confident with this replacement piece than the original Ford piece....which was built to break easily. This piece is manufactured for longevity.

Absolutely great company.
A friend had a broken console lid on his Ranger truck. After exhaustive search (phone and Internet), I was about to give up and glue it. I had the VIN and part number, but nobody could help. Yes, there were lots of "replacement" parts, but no exact fit. I finally stumbled on AM. I called. I spoke to a real human. He placed me on hold. About a minute later he sent me a link to their part. No, he sent several color options. In a few days, the part arrived. It even had screws! I upgraded the padding and screwed it in.

My neighbor thought I was amazing. He had looked for several years. I just told him I just knew AM. The Bible says God told Moses to say he was "I AM ". They should answer their phone with "I Am"

I was in the computer/customer service business for 40 years and AM is how it is done right.

If I was in the auto business, I would have their number on speed dial--number 1
