Perfect Results

Simple switch

My window switch was getting a bit sluggish and since I was replacing my mirror switch I thought why not? So I ordered one and replaced the old one in no less than 15 minutes.
AM Auto Parts did not disappoint, I received the parts quickly and they were perfect matches, not to mention much more affordable that GM parts.

Seems To Be Of Good Quality

I hope it lasts and functions as well as GM OEM window switch costing 4X as much. Good fit in door panel and wire harness clicked in perfectly as well. Took 10 minutes to install--very easy. So far, it works great and saved me $$$ over OEM.

This was the best price anywhere, about a fourth of what GM wanted. The product arrived in 2 days via USPS which I greatly appreciate, since UPS and FedEx won't deliver to PO Boxes, which I use. Product was packed well and arrived in good condition. I will definitely use am- autoparts again for my automotive needs. Will definitely recommend this place to friends.

Replacement unit fits loose

After installing the unit operated normally. However, there is a slight problem. After snapping it place, the unit can slide forward and backward about 1/4 inch. If you try to operate the rear windows pulling rearward, the buttons tend to hang up against the top plate plastic and not allowing "spring action" to discontinue to operation. You have to tap it down to make it stop operation. There seems to be a "shim" missing to keep the master unit from sliding backward jamming the rear window buttons against top plate plastic. To remedy this I used a rubber shim to slide into the vacant space at the rear of the master unit. This fixed the problem. I advised customer service about this and they are looking into it.
