Window gear plugs
These gear plugs for my "92 F250 worked well. They installed pretty easy pressing in with vice after cocking all three to the side a bit. This time I installed without grease on the inside of the big nylon gear. Of course the outside needs grease to reduce strain on the worm gear from the motor. My last set of gear plugs from NAPA lasted 4 months before crumbling. But I greased them and don't know if that was why they didn't last. My originals lasted 29 years.
