Our CV axle assemblies are brand new and direct replacements for the original factory parts.

Note: This is correct for models with or without ABS brakes.  The tone ring can be removed if the original CV axle did not have one and the vehicle did not originally come equipped with ABS brakes.

Your model came from the factory with tapered bearings. Tapered bearings are better than roller ball bearings at handling forces exerted on the bearing during cornering (known as axial load) in trucks and large cars. Roller ball bearings work well for smaller cars, but replacing a tapered bearing with a roller ball bearing will result in increased wear and faster failure.

These steering and suspension parts come pre-greased sealed and do not require servicing.

I was impressed that the abs pigtail was an exact match for the original including the anchors to the frame.
Your replacement parts arrived ahead of schedule and fit perfectly. Had no problem installing them and they run quietly and smooth. The work involved is getting the old parts out. I would definitely recommend your product to anyone needing this repair. Thanks much.
