Here at AM-Autoparts we are committed to making sure your online purchase is
as quick and easy as possible. However, occasionally the part you receive in
the mail will not suit your repair needs. This could be due to a multitude of
different reasons. That is why we ask our customers to supply us with as much
information as possible; so that we may trace the problem to its root and
eliminate it.
We recognize that the process of returning an auto part costs you time,
energy, and quite possibly money as a result of an inoperative vehicle.
Filling out the information below completely will allow us to process your
returns in a timely manner and eliminate any additional correspondence
delays. Once submitted, you will receive an RMA number via email within 24
hours (excluding weekends and holidays). This RMA number must be
written clearly on the returned package so that it can be processed. Failure
to do so will delay the shipping of the replacement part(s) or any refund.
