A) With such an efficient website, and low overhead costs, we are able to provide our customers with the best prices on the internet.
Q) I no longer need the part I bought from you because I sold my car, can I return it?
A) Yes, but a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. The item must be returned in unused, uninstalled, resellable condition.

Q) My item broke during shipping, can I return it.
A) If your item broke during shipping we will help you get a new part. Sorry, there will be no cash refunds. Please go to our returns page and fill out the form completely to request an exchange.
Q) Can I pay with a check, money order, or cash?
A) We only accept Paypal, Credit Cards, and Google Checkout.
Q) I'm local to you, can I pick the items up at your warehouse instead of shipping them?
A) Sadly, we are not set up for walk in customers or local pick ups.
Q) Can I have this item shipped to my brother, sister, uncle, cousin, or friend?
A) Unfortunately, no, we only ship to your confirmed address in Paypal or your billing address if you pay with a credit card.
Q) I need this part tomorrow; can you ship this item overnight to me?
A) No we cannot. Everything ships the same way, ground.
Q) Can you match or beat a competitor's price?
A) We don't have any competition, but if you are sure that it is the same part, give us the item number and the competitors price and we just may change our price
Q) How soon will I have my parts?
A) We are on the east coast, so shipping time is 1-6 business days depending on where you are in the country.
Q) Is your "Free" shipping really free?
A) Yes and No. Our shipping and handling prices are worked into the price of our parts to keep our website as neat and simple as possible. Nobody ships items for free, if others claim they do, it is included in their item's price. The difference is that we tell you that we give you the total so you really know how much your paying instead of adding in an exorbitant shipping amount when you get into the cart.
Q) I need a widget for my 1997 Somethingcar, can you find me one?
A) Unfortunately, we cannot locate individual parts. To keep our prices as low as they are, we need to be as streamlined as possible and offer only what is on our website.
Q) Will you ship the part to anywhere in the world?
A) We only ship to the continental 48 states, which means that we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or internationally.
Q) Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?
A) Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship to APO and FPO addresses.
