Well worth doing this installation yourself to save money.
I asked my mechanic how much it would be to replace my window motor and he said $350.00. I went to Auto Zone to see what they charged for the motor and it was $36.50. I bought it here for a little over $22.00 and installed it myself after watching a You Tube video. It was a little trickier than I thought finding exactly where to drill to get the rivots out, but guessed correctly. It took me a lot longer than it should have as I wanted to make sure I did it correctly. It wasn’t too difficult to install though, so I ordered another motor for my passenger window. I would expect it will take me about an hour to do. The motor works great and it’s nice to have a working window again.
