IT WORKED JUST FINE AND SORTA FIXED ISSUE
So my friend replaces my ignition switch, and yes, now my 2003 3500 Ram's heat-A/C blower fan works again!

We only noted issue of replaced ignition switch was that at the top of the far left power connection (next to the 2 1/2" plastic tube) was black on both electrical connections from over heat with carbon on them and plastic partly melted. So, I just hope that this won't happen again and cause a fire to set my Ram on fire, and I don't know if I have to do something else to prevent that worry...

Easy to Install - Worked Perfect
This was an easy replacement for the old switch. For installation instructions you can go to U Tube where there are several instructions that make removal and installation simple.
