Over all impression of your company at this point " thumbs down. "
I ordered my door handle on September 6th, today is September 20th and I still have not received my product. Your company has my money though. It would be nice for whoever is reading my response to get with your company and find out what happened to my order. I have ordered parts from other sites in the past and never had this problem. The tracking email link your company provided would not even work. I have also not been able to find a phone number to contact your customer service department to find out what is taking so long for me to receive my order.
